Machine Description
Our Central Vacuum System is a multi-station (2 to 10 drop configurations available) carcass cleaning system, which allows operators to remove contamination from localized areas of the carcass, while achieving pathogen reduction in those areas. The system also provides for centralized waste collection and disposal.
System Specifications*
- Required Steam Pressure: 15-30 psi - Minimum Steam Temperature: 213 F - Required Water Temperature: 190 - 205 F - Lock-Out/Tag-Out Compliant Shut-Off Valves must be installed on steam and optional hot water supply lines
* It is preferred our customer supply the PVC vacuum piping with the main manifold and individual drops; steam piping with valves and fittings, and optional water piping.
